See gorgeous architecture at Barcelona's World Heritage Site

📍Sant Pau Modernist District
Address: Carrer de Sant Antoni Maria Claret, 167, Horta-Guinardó, 08025 Barcelona, Spain

Sant Pau Hospital is a modernist hospital in Barcelona and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Designed by architect Lluís Domènech i Montaner in the early 20th century, it was actually used as a hospital.

The vast grounds are lined with buildings adorned with colorful tiles and stained glass, reminiscent of a royal palace!
The buildings are connected by gardens and corridors, allowing for a stroll through the area.
While some buildings were closed to the public, some were open to the public. There were also displays of actual medical equipment and various seasonal exhibits, making for a truly enjoyable experience.

The grounds are quite large, so you rarely encounter other tourists, making for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. ✨✨
