📍Spots to visit - #BarcelonaTravelItinerary!
Day 3
- Vila de Gràcia #Gràcia
- Parc Güell
- La Sagrada Família
- La Chinata
- Sabon
Park Güell is so much to talk about that I've posted about it separately. I'll share some of my favorite places I visited on Day 3 and some recommended souvenirs :)
📍Vila de Gràcia
Walking around the Gràcia district, you'll see Barcelona's orange-and-pastel-toned houses.💛🧡
You'll also see the occasional pink house, and it definitely has a Southern European feel to it. Just strolling around the area makes you feel good.🥰
📍La Sagrada Família
#SagradaFamília, scheduled for completion in 2026
Honestly, maybe because of the colors? The surface feels like it was decorated with mud...😂 It's not as beautiful as its reputation suggests, but rather more unique. It's better to see it from afar. ㅎㅎ Personal thoughts :)
📍Plaça de Gaudí
The park right in front of the cathedral! It was a great place to take a break, and there were already a lot of locals and tourists there. Haha.
The area around here has a very pretty street of restaurants with outdoor tables.
📍Jon Cake
#JonCake, a cheesecake restaurant with a long line! I stumbled upon this place while passing by, and it seems to be well-known among foreigners. The long line immediately gave me a hint, so I looked it up on #GoogleMaps and it got a ⭐️4.5 rating. A review read, "Don't miss this cheesecake if you're in Barcelona." 😉
I remember the cheesecake having a deep, rich flavor. Highly recommended!!
📍La Chinata
La Chinata sells products infused with natural #oliveoil. They have a variety of products for hair, skin, and body, and this place took up more than half of my shopping budget. 🫢
I guess a lot of Koreans visit here, because the salesperson immediately greeted me with a "hello" in Korean. Haha.
I heard their fruit lip balm is famous. It comes in a cute round case, making it a great gift! I bought the lip balm in a different tin because I wanted something for myself :)
Bee pollen has always been on my wish list for Spanish souvenirs, and I was curious because it's said to be good for #fatiguerelief, so I bought it. I heard it's sold at a pharmacy or something, so I was looking around and found it here, so I just bought them all at once. 😝
I also bought the #shampoobar, #hairtreatment, and #bodylotion. They smell great, and I'm very satisfied with them! They even included a small bar of soap as a gift. Thank you💕
Outside La Chinata, a charming street unfolds right in front of you. There are plenty of shops to explore in the area. :)
📍Sabon
#Sabon! I heard it's cheaper in Barcelona, so I decided to give it a try and got a citrus-scented #bodyoil!
I tried it and the oily ingredients felt like they lightly coated my body!! Perfect for my dry skin🥰
I also bought a perfume with a White Tea scent. It smells refreshing. 😇
They say it's a little cheaper than in Korea :)
