Rocky Beauty at Valugan Boulder Beach, Batanes

We visited Valugan Boulder Beach early in the morning, and it was calm and beautiful. Instead of sand, the shore is filled with smooth, round boulders shaped by time and waves.
The sound of the ocean crashing against the rocks was both powerful and peaceful. We didn’t swim just walked around, sat on the stones, and enjoyed the quiet view.
It’s a simple place, but one that leaves a lasting impression. If you're in Batanes, it's worth a short stop for some fresh air and quiet reflection.
