Radisson Hotel

#batamguide The BEST hotel I've ever stayed before. Staff were very friendly, patient and approachable. Breakfast menu was really good just that food options can be more. One of a female staff working at the Breakfast area was really kind. She had a smile on her face and always smiles whenever she sees me. The room in the hotel was great, but its just the positioning. Like, why is the toilet at the entrance of the room 😂it was quite embarrasing especially if someone is coming in. The bed was comfy and the shower is just a little hard to control. Balcony had a great view of the golf course and the swimming pool. Their room service for dinner was exceptional - great food choices and cheap prices for such a high standard. Swimming pool is fun but it can get really hot in the afternoon. The gym had so many facilities and it was really useful. Overall a great hotel for family and friends to stay in.
