Travelogue of Batu Caves

Today, I will review another tourist attraction in Kuala Lumpur.
For those who are into spirituality and worship Hindu gods,
this is another place that is very worth visiting.
Batu Caves is a temple and shrine that enshrines statues of gods according to Hindu beliefs. The highlight is the world's tallest statue of Lord Murugan and a multi-colored staircase.
It is very easy to get there. You can take the KMUTER train from KL Sentral and get off at Batu Cave station.
For those who want to go up to worship the statue, you must prepare your body well because we will have to walk up 272 steps. The stairs are quite steep and the weather is hot.
And there may be local monkeys greeting us on the steps. If you have bad knees, I do not recommend going up.
And in addition to monkeys, there are also many pigeons.
For women who are going, I recommend dressing modestly and not wearing too much clothing. Otherwise, you will have to pay to rent a cloth to cover yourself.
