When it comes to sightseeing spots that you can't miss when visiting Malaysia,
Ramayana Cave
I went to Ramayana Cave, so I'll share my experience!
📍 Ramayana Cave - Suyambu Lingam
📍 Batu Caves, 68100 Batu Caves, Selangor, Malaysia
→ About a 5-minute walk from Batu Caves Station on the Malayan Railway
Ramayana Cave is a cave just before Batu Caves,
and to be honest, it's not very popular. . So it's a hidden gem!
If you've come this far, you should definitely see this cave!
A giant statue of Hanuman greets you at the entrance to the cave
The statue of Hanuman is said to be the model for Sun Wukong from Journey to the West
The monkey god, a strong warrior!
When you enter the cave, you will see the Ramayana myth, which depicts the battle between the demon king Ravana and Prince Rama! The most eye-catching thing is the statue of Kumbhakarna, the brother of the demon king Ravana, lying down. He had a huge appetite and was cursed to sleep for nine months and wake up only one day at a time. The statue shows him trying to wake up in order to join the battle against Prince Rama. There are many other things worth seeing at the Ramayana Cave. #Malaysia #Kuala Lumpur #Malaysia Tourism #Kuala Lumpur Tourism #Batu Caves #Ramayana Cave #Me and Travel
