Standing at this solemn earthquake site, I felt the weight of history - a poignant reminder to never forget , to learn from tragedy and to strive for a better and safer tomorrow. Though I’d seen videos and images of the May 12, 2008 Wenchuan Earthquake, nothing prepared me for the profound sorrow and reverence of being here. A place where grief and resilience live on, urging us to honor the past while building a better future.

Entrance: Free of charge but there is a parking fee if you’re coming here by car.
