It's at Jiang Bian Cheng Wai on the B1 floor of Hopson One. It's definitely better than other popular grilled fish restaurants, especially the strange-flavored grilled fish. Just thinking about it makes my mouth water. I could eat here 3–4 times a week and not get tired of it.
This brand has been around for 20 years. They refuse to use frozen fish, only live fish, and they catch and cook them fresh. The taste is especially fresh, and each fish has its own ID card. The strange-flavored grilled fish even won the China Cuisine Association Gold Award in 2023.
We were surprised to find that the restaurant also offers a warm fish pillow set. In addition to the value set, you can also take home a warm fish pillow. So thoughtful.
Strange-flavored grilled fish: I was curious about what it would taste like. I was surprised by the experience of the spicy, salty, sweet, sour, fragrant, and fresh flavors all mixed together. The fish is fresh and tender, and the fresh-caught fish is delicious. The tofu skin, potato strips, and bean sprouts are all good, and I ate 3 bowls of rice!
Crispy potatoes: The skin is crispy, and the rich flavor of the potatoes is so strong. As a potato lover, I love it.
