Magnificent German Governor's Residence Museum

Take a walk to the German Governor's Residence Museum (also known as the Guesthouse) located at the foot of Signal Hill. This German-style castle was built in 1905 and completed in 1907. Renamed the Guesthouse in 1934, it was originally the official residence of the German Governor of Jiaozhou, commonly referred to as the "Governor's Mansion." Today, visitors can still admire the original wooden structures and luxurious furnishings. If you're interested in early 20th-century architectural styles and interior design, you can purchase a ticket for a small fee to explore the interior.
