The Nanjing Anti-Japanese Aviation Martyrs Memorial Hall is located at the northern foot of Purple Mountain in Nanjing. It is the world's first international anti-Japanese aviation martyrs memorial hall and one of the first national anti-Japanese war memorial facilities and sites. It showcases the heroic history of the air forces of China, the United States, the Soviet Union and other countries jointly fighting against the invaders of Japan on the Chinese mainland during World War II.

The memorial is essentially composed of triangular diagonal lines. In front of the memorial stands a massive sculpture of a three-headed, six-armed "God of Justice" riding a flying tiger, holding a bow and arrow pointed skyward, ready to shoot. The "God of Justice" sculpture symbolizes the unity of China, the Soviet Union, and the United States in the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression.

The memorial hall is divided into four parts, namely "Fighting the Enemy with Valor", "International Aid to China", "Top Aspirations" and "Remembering the Martyrs" as well as some outdoor physical exhibits. It comprehensively displays the heroic deeds of the Chinese Air Force and the international air forces that aided China in fighting against the invaders of Japan through physical objects, texts, pictures, videos and other forms.
