The Temple of Heaven, one of Beijing's most popular tourist attractions, is over 600 years old and was designated a World Heritage site in 1998.
In the past, it was used by emperors to pray to heaven and earth for good weather and abundant harvests.
The Temple of Heaven is built with Chinese architecture, especially the Hall of Prayer for Good Harvests, which stands out with its impressive height of over 40 meters and its three-tiered structure, covered with beautiful dark blue tiles.
