Temple of Heaven 🇨🇳 Beijing

Temple of Heaven is a must see in Beijing. It was built in the first half of 15th century and it was used a site by emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties to offre sacrifici to Heaven and pray for bumper harvests.

The Temple is surrounded by a double Wall and covers an arra of 273 hectares. Outside the main building there are a lot of magnificient gardens.
Even if the Weather was not the best, the Temple is amazing and worth the visit.

You can arrive there with the metro. You need to take the exit A of the Tiantandongmen Station on Line 5 or Exit C of the Tianqiao Station on Line 8.

You need to pay a ticket to enter to the Temple but it is very cheap, less than 5 euros per person!
