A 600-year-old temple meets modern business in an unremarkable alley in Beijing

Songzhu Temple and Zhizhu Temple are both ancient temples with a history of nearly 600 years. They were once important Buddhist sites in the Qing Dynasty. In the 1970s, it was used as a factory. Now after renovation, it has regained its former simplicity and incorporated modern elements.
