The Orchid Garden

Located on the west side of the Environmental Protection Plant Area in the National Botanical Garden (South Garden), the Orchid Garden is a glass greenhouse with a steel frame structure, covering an area of approximately 300 square meters. It houses more than 400 different orchid species from around the world, and is divided into multiple areas to meet the cultivation needs of different orchids. The Orchid Garden not only displays many rare orchid varieties, such as the Paphiopedilum malipoense, but also features educational information on the surrounding walls about orchid "family trees," habitats, mimicry, and pollination.
