Stepping through the rustic wooden gates of Myoen-ji Temple 🚪, I was instantly stunned by the breathtaking fiery crimson of the entire courtyard 🔥. Layers upon layers of maple leaves enveloped the temple like flames, making me feel as if I had stepped into a traditional Japanese painting from the Heian period 🎨
