I would like to introduce Haiwanju(海碗居), a restaurant in Beijing, China where you can taste a variety of traditional Beijing food. Haiwanju(海碗居) has a lot of traditional Beijing food menus, so you can eat most of the traditional Beijing food here. I visited last year and had a good memory, so I visited again.

This time, a total of 6 people visited, and we sat around a large round table and tasted a variety of things. The cost-effectiveness is very good, as 6 people ate until they were full and it cost 60 yuan.

My favorite Beijing food, Zhajiangmyeon(老北京炸酱面) and Zhaguanchang(炸灌肠) are a must. I have been to many Beijing Zhajiangmyeon restaurants, but Haiwanju is the best for my taste. We ordered a lot of eggplant dishes, ginseng roux, cucumber dishes, and pork dumplings. All the dishes were so delicious that even though I brought my friends who were traveling to China for the first time, they all loved it.
