I am currently traveling in Beijing, China. I will introduce Beiping Restaurant (北平食府) where you can taste Beijing Kaoya (Beijing Duck, 北京烤鸭), the representative food of Beijing that comes to mind when you think of Beijing. Beiping Restaurant is a chain store, so there are many in Beijing, but we visited Beiping Restaurant Wangfujing Branch (北平食府 王府井店).

Beiping Restaurant Wangfujing Branch has a very luxurious atmosphere and friendly staff that makes you feel good. In particular, the young man who served our table was very kind and made us feel treated well, so I was grateful.

There were three of us and we ordered a duck dish with half a Peking duck and ingredients full of the scent of the sea, and a dish with shrimp and duck liver. We ordered soup, salad, vegetable dish, and pancakes to eat with the duck. And we got two Beijing-style desserts for free.

As expected from a high-end restaurant, the duck meat was so delicious. When you take a bite, the fat bursts and the flavor is a work of art. The salad was also so delicious that eating a bite of the duck meat and a bite of the salad was a work of art! The duck meat wrapped in a delicious wheat pancake is the best.

And the bathroom was so clean and even had a gargle!
