Beijing Street Walk Review – A City Where History and Liveliness Coexist

#ThailandFlightEvent
Walking the streets of Beijing is not just a simple stroll,
but an experience of encountering the past and present, tradition and modernity at the same time.

As I walk through the narrow alleys of Hutong,
I see residents riding bicycles between gray brick houses,
the laughter of children, and old teahouses.
If I walk a few steps, I see tall buildings and shopping malls,
and between them, I am impressed by the sight of elderly people in Mao uniforms and young people in trendy clothes naturally sharing the same street.

The smell of roasted chestnuts, skewers, and milk tea mixed in the street stalls
stimulated my appetite every time I walked,
and the Chinese accents and lively shouts of merchants everywhere
created a ‘rhythm’ unique to this city.

It used to be a city that felt heavy,
but when I actually walked around, I was overwhelmed by the warm atmosphere of people
and the endless energy. It was a time when I spent every step with living history, to the point where the expression ‘leading’ was just right.
