We recommend this Peking Duck restaurant on Qianmen Street in Dongcheng District. Founded in 1864, this branch is the first branch of the Quanjude chain.
The prices are reasonable and there's usually no long queues (because the restaurant is so large). A half Peking duck set costs 166 yuan and is delicious. It's perfect for two people.

Qianmen Street is also home to some of Beijing's most famous restaurants, making it a great place to visit during the day or at night.
