Beijing Xiangshan Red Leaf Progress 20%

Beijing Autumn Exclusive|Complete Guide to Xiangshan Red Leaves, Miss It and Wait a Year!

You must come to Beijing Xiangshan to see the red leaves in autumn🍁 I went at the end of October last year, and the maple leaves all over the mountain were breathtakingly beautiful✨

📍Xiangshan Park
Address: No. 40 Maimaijie, Haidian District, Beijing
⏰Opening Hours:
4.1-11.15|6:00-19:30 (Last entry at 18:30)
11.16-3.31|6:00-19:00 (Last entry at 18:00)

🔍Best Viewing Period: Mid-October to early November (Last year, the peak red leaf viewing was around October 25)

👣Recommended Routes:
1️⃣ Enter from East Gate - Zhizong Garden - Xianglu Peak
This route has a moderate slope with several viewing platforms along the way for photos. The maple leaves around Zhizong Garden are especially dense📸

2️⃣ Enter from North Gate - Jingcui Lake - Xiangshan Temple
The reflection on Jingcui Lake combined with the red leaves is absolutely stunning. It’s recommended to wear Hanfu for especially photogenic shots!

💡Useful Tips:
1. It’s best to visit on weekdays as weekends are very crowded
2. Enter right when the park opens in the morning for the best lighting
3. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes as the mountain paths are quite steep

🚌Transportation Guide:
Take the subway to Bagou Station on Line 10, transfer to the Western Suburban Line, get off at Xiangshan Station, and walk about 10 minutes to the park

📸Photo Tips:
1. Bring a telephoto lens for distant shots
2. Wearing white or light-colored clothes will make your photos stand out more
3. The light is softest around 10 AM and 3 PM
