Budget Friendly trip to Mutianyu Great Wall

Do you want to visit the Great Wall but strapped for cash ?
Here's how I got there on a budget. In the morning, I took the slow train from Beijing Railway Station to Huairou. It took 1 hour for 12.50 rmb.
Upon arriving at the train station, you can take Didi to the Mutianyu entrance,but upon exiting, a driver offered to take me for 70 yuan (Didi is around the same price).
We drove for less than an hour. Then, he stopped at a shop across the entrance of Mutianyu and the shop owner helped me buy tickets (this saved time as I didn't have to join the ticket office line).
The entrance ticket was bought using the Mutianyu Great Wall official wechat. It was 60 yuan. It was the cost of the roundtrip bus up to the mountain and the entrance fee.
There are two cablelift companies. The one I bought was for 140 yuan. It included the cable lift up and toboggan down.
