Locally produced ingredients such as Ostra Kunisaki oysters from Oita, orange-yolked Ranou eggs, and Kyushu Yume Pork are beautifully arranged in an Italian style, overflowing with rich flavor⭐️

The main dish is Okubungo pork shoulder cutlet🐷
The demi-glace sauce is deep and rich in flavor, yet light on the tongue, making it the best✨
The accompanying lotus root was fluffy and tasted like sweet potatoes💘

The Mont Blanc, with chestnut cream filling inside the meringue, was also surprisingly delicate✨

It's close to Beppu Station, so it's easy to get to, and I recommend it🇮🇹
