I stayed in a spacious Japanese-style room.
Beppu Bay is right in front of it⭐️

It was crowded so I couldn't take a photo, but there is a hot spring on the top floor and you can see the sea♨️
The hot spring is colorless and transparent, and flows directly from the source. Alkaline spring.
You can also drop in for a bath👍

The lobby has a retro feel, as it is a long-established establishment.
The front desk staff are efficient😊

There is a cafe and osteopathic clinic inside the hotel⭐️

It is about an 8-minute walk from Beppu Station, but the road is conveniently located in the downtown area, where there are shopping streets and department stores.

To get from Beppu to Yufuin, it is difficult because there are few transfers and public transportation, but it was easy to go through Jojima Kogen by rental car.
It seems like the time it takes to get from downtown Beppu to downtown Yufuin on the highway or on the regular roads is not that different🚗
