[Oita Trip] A super popular restaurant where reservations are required

This is a restaurant I definitely wanted to visit when I went to Oita.

It's very popular, so

on my previous trip to Oita,

it was fully booked and I couldn't get in...

This time, I made a reservation quite a while ago,

and finally my wish came true❣️

▶︎Bluefin tuna platter...¥1,280

It's "Yokozuna" tuna from Tsukumi, Oita Prefecture,

It's just the right amount for two people,

everything is nicely fatty,

it has no smell at all,

it's very delicious♡

On the table,

there are two types of soy sauce from Oita,

special soy sauce and Cattleya

I tried it with the rare Cattleya,
It was sweet and I liked the taste.

They also served grilled gizzards as a service♪
It was sprinkled with salt,
so it was delicious without adding anything♡

・Fried eggplant in soy sauce
・Lightly pickled cucumber and shirasu with double the amount of meat
・Sweet and spicy beef and shiitake mushrooms
・Japanese-style pork and bean sprout namul

You can eat a little bit of everything,
and everything goes really well with alcohol!! !

They also gave us a small serving of potato salad and Godofu as a service♪

They are run by a married couple, and they are very nice people,
if I was in the area I would definitely go there❣️
