Hokkaido Biei French [bi.ble]

We would like to introduce you to a highly recommended restaurant that is particular about each and every ingredient in the midst of nature! !

This is a famous French restaurant that is one of the tourist attractions when you come to Biei and is highly acclaimed worldwide.

You can enjoy a local full course meal that uses plenty of seasonal locally grown vegetables.

You can enjoy it with both your eyes and your tongue, and you can really feel Hokkaido!

For the lunch course, you can choose from three options: 3,000 yen, 4,200 yen, and 6,400 yen. Since I was there, I chose the 6,400 yen course 🤭

The course content is of course luxurious, but the main character of the course menu at "bi.ble" is actually the homemade bread!

The potato bread, crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside, and the croissants, crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, are irresistibly delicious 😋

There are many types of bread available for takeout at the entrance of the store, so I got carried away and bought a lot 🤭
