Have you been to MacFruitDang?!

Walking near Biei Station, I saw a sign for "TSUBOYA Biei Shop." The red brick building with the image of a baker on it caught my eye even from afar.
As I stepped inside, the warm air mixed with the scent of freshly baked bread tickled my nose.

This place sold bread and cakes made with Hokkaido wheat and Biei ingredients. The exceptionally moist texture and subtle sweetness were impressive.
The cream wasn't overpowering, and the wheat's rich flavor was intact, putting a smile on my face after one bite.

It was chilly outside, but I loved the warmth of the baking bread emanating from the window.
The shop felt like a brief pause on the road. It was a moment where I realized, "There's no need to rush here."

If you're ever in front of Sapporo Biei Station, be sure to stop by!!
