🌤 Day Trip Review – Shirogane Blue Pond, Biei, Hokkaido 🇯🇵
This trip was a one-day trip from Biei. We started at JR Biei Station (the city's main station). Then, we took the Dohoku Bus to the "Shirogane Aoiike Iriguchi (白金青い池入口)" stop. The ride took only about 20 minutes. 🚍
Once we arrived, I had to say, "It was worth it!" 💙
As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a crystal-clear blue pond, just like in a postcard. The water was a beautiful turquoise hue, surrounded by forests and trees that were just starting to change color. 🍂 It felt like we were transported into an anime.
The atmosphere was relaxed, with small shops selling ice cream and drinks all "blue-themed." 😆 It was so cute and perfect for taking photos. The blue ice cream and blue water are almost like the symbol of this place.
There were quite a few people there. But everyone seemed happy taking photos. The natural scenery made me forget all the fatigue from the trip.
💙 Summary
• It's a short drive from JR Biei Station.
• It's a great day trip from Biei or Furano.
• The views are truly stunning, especially when the leaves are starting to change color.
• There are plenty of food, souvenirs, and photo spots.
