Gurun Pasir Bintan

#bintantrip The place is rather hidden, not really on the main road or near the city, but to reach here is rather easy. The entrance of the place is rather bumpy, and there are entrance ticket but not that expensive.
The place is actually an old mining area that was abandoned and created a beautiful crystal clear lake. The place is wide and all you can see is white sand beyond the horizon and the lake. Better to visit while using your hat or umbrella at noon, since the sun is really hot at that time, and there is no shade in the area. And it feels like a desert.
There are so many photo spots in the area, and also this place is rather empty on some days.
