Bo Kluea, Nan, a slow-life destination with a view that isn't slow-paced!

If you're looking for a place to escape the hustle and bustle and recharge in the rugged mountain atmosphere, Bo Kluea District is the answer! It's not just salt, it has everything nature lovers and cafe lovers are looking for.

1. Ancient Rock Salt Wells: The Original Salty Mountain Salt

Who would have thought there'd be a salt well on a mountain? This is the only ancient salt production site on a mountain in Thailand (hundreds of years old!).

Watch the salt production process as an elderly couple scoops brine from the wells and boils it in giant pans until it crystallizes into white salt.

Don't forget to buy some cool souvenirs, such as flower salt or salt products, such as salt scrubs, to try! Guaranteed to be unique and stylish!

Ban Sapan, a dream village for chillers.

A nearby landmark, just a short trip from Bo Kluea, is Ban Sapan, a small village with a million-dollar view.

Stroll along the stream. The village sits on the Wa River, offering a peaceful atmosphere and a small wooden bridge for stunning photos.

Most of the homestays offer stunning views, with chic designs and accommodations located near the stream or overlooking rice fields (if you visit during the rainy/winter season). You might even see some amazing fog.

The Elevated Road, Curve 3 (Pua-Bo Kluea route), is a legendary curve!

Road Trip Vibe: If you're driving yourself, don't miss this route!

This road has stunning views, especially the highlight, Curve 3. You must stop and take photos with the lush green forest (but watch out for cars!).
