[Jagalchi/Busan] A very popular offal restaurant

This is a very popular restaurant with several branches in the food court of Bupyeong Kwangtong Market, right next to the International Market in the Nampo area of Busan!

I went there at 11pm on a weekday so it was pretty empty, but it gets very crowded on weekends!

You can also get fried horumon in gochujang or bokkeumbap with cheongol,
but this time we chose salt-grilled horumon because my companion doesn't like spicy food!

The tender horumon was brought out quickly, and Imo-chan grilled it with quick hands 👏
The taste was perfect, fresh and delicious! No smell! ☺️

The egg liquid seems to be well strained,
and the taste was really similar to Japanese chawanmushi!

The food was great, and the tables were cleaned carefully,
and it was a wonderful restaurant that I could see why it's so popular! Next time I want to try other flavors too 🤤🤤
