Depanking, a specialty iron plate steak restaurant!!

Located in Jeonpo-dong, a teppanyaki restaurant
I was so curious about teppanyaki steak that I visited while traveling to Busan!
We had a full schedule so we had to visit at lunchtime
Luckily, Depanking was open for lunch too, so we visited right away!!!
We ordered the special lunch set B course, and I was looking forward to it since it came out as a course!

1. Sous vide chicken breast and clam salad - I hate dry breast, but the moist and tender chicken breast with the sweet and sour sauce was so delicious because it was sous vide! The fresh clams went well with the sauce, so it was great as an appetizer before eating steak!

2. Scallop & shrimp teppanyaki - They stir-fry the clams and shrimp while grilling them, and the clams were so tender with just the right amount of heat that I wondered if clams were always this delicious. It was so soft that I was surprised👀 What can I say about the shrimpㅠㅠ It was just delicious

3. Steak - Steak that was deliciously cooked with host, mushrooms, and garlic, and cooked to medium rare! It was cooked to my favorite degree, and as expected, it was soft and not tough, so it was so deliciousㅠㅠ It was fantastic when eaten with the sauces that came with it💗
Rice, soup, and salad were also served, so it was great to eat with the steak

4. Dessert - Orange juice & green tea ice cream I wanted to eat both so much, so I ordered each kind. The ice cream with a strong green tea flavor was delicious, and orange juice was great to finish it off!
