We stopped by Blue Bottle Busan Millak Café, a must-visit for coffee lovers and design fans alike. With its sleek architecture and panoramic views of the coast, this café perfectly blends minimalist style and Busan’s seaside charm.

We tried the ‘NOLA FLOAT’, a creamy, cold-brew-based drink with a scoop of ice cream — the perfect balance of bold and sweet. Their seasonal Cherry Blossom Latte was equally impressive, with delicate floral notes that felt like sipping spring.

For dessert, the Tonka Basque Cheesecake (a Busan-exclusive) was unbelievably smooth and flavorful — easily outshining the Financier Lemon Glacé.
