Busan Songjeong Blue Ribbon Udon Restaurant (Heuksong)

The staff were friendly, and I wanted to try it after seeing the Instagram of the famous mukkebi Sikdolsseu. Best of all, it's conveniently located near Songjeong Beach, a relatively quiet area in Busan, and Haeundae Blue Line Park, where you can catch the coastal train. Even though it was just opening, I was surprised to see so many people there before opening time. They also had a wide selection of udon dishes, including their signature burdock tempura, vegetable tempura, and Gijang chive tempura udon, which you won't find anywhere else. They also had soba, futomaki, tempura, and even a soy sauce egg! The Jeju green tangerine soba, available only in August, September, and October, had a unique, rich broth with the tartness of green tangerines, creating a unique and flavorful dish. The burdock tempura udon was incredibly delicious, with its long, burdock roots visible and its crispy exterior and interior. It's also a great place to visit with family, couples, or friends.
