Actually, you don't need to plan too much time to visit the Culture Village; it's generally only about 1-2 hours. If you have time, you can relax in the adjacent cafe.
I recommend visiting at sunset for a less sunny day and better photo opportunities.
Take the subway to Toseong Station, exit 8, go straight ahead, turn right (Busan Cancer Center), then transfer to bus 1-1, 2, or 2-1 and get off at Gamcheon Culture Village.
On your way down, take a bus directly to Busan International Market. Be sure to try Busan's famous pig's trotters.
