Ghibli aesthetics in Cameron Highlands, Malaysia!

We stopped by this tea plantation at Cameron Highlands on our way to the Mossy Forest.

Can’t help but take photos like these to capture the Ghibli mood of the scenery. A perfect short summer getaway from the hustle bustle of Kuala Lumpur!

Tips:
1. Don’t go during long weekends - the traffic is terrible with only one way up and down the mountain.
2. Use suitable vehicle - If you don’t drive 4x4, at least drive car with tall clearance. We drove with MPV and scratched the bottom of the car multiple times on the steep way up.
3. Weather can be unpredictable - when we went there it’s sunny at one moment, then gloomy with strong winds the next minute. Wear layers, especially wind breakers.
4. Don’t wear black - this picture could be much better if we wear bright colored outfits 😭
