[Çanakkale] Stroll through the seaside town of Türkiye

Çanakkale, Turkey, is the city where the Trojan ruins, famous for the Trojan Horse, are located.

I had to take a local bus to get to the ruins.

I missed the bus that runs only six times a day, so I just wandered around instead of going to the ruins. I talked to an old man, drank tea while looking at the sea, and walked by the sea.

📍Trojan Horse Statue
There is a large statue used in the movie Trojan Horse.
It's worth seeing.

📍Cimenlik Castle Çimenlik Kalesi
Naval Museum and castle walls. I couldn't find the exit at the museum, so I ran desperately to the entrance half crying😂For some reason, there was no one there and it was scary😂

📍Kordon
A park next to the sea. It was great to relax here!

I might not have come here if I hadn't been alone. I headed west to find the sea, but I was able to relax and there were few tourists (it's not a very touristy area...) so it felt like a solo trip, which was great. We recommend taking a relaxing stroll along the beach. If you have time during your trip to Turkey, why not visit?
