Bute Park in Cardiff is an urban oasis that feels like a retreat in the heart of the city. Spread across 130 acres, it’s a mix of landscaped gardens, woodlands, and riverside walks along the River Taff. I loved exploring the arboretum, which features rare trees from around the world. Locals jog, cycle, or picnic here, giving the park a vibrant community feel. Despite being steps away from Cardiff Castle, it feels surprisingly peaceful.
