Shou County Ancient City has four gates: Dinghu Gate in the west, Tongfei Gate in the south, Binyang Gate in the east, and Jinghuai Gate in the north. Climbing the city walls is free, but entering the towers on the walls is a fee: 5 yuan for the tower above the south gate and 10 yuan for the tower above the east gate . The west gate is small, while the south gate is newly renovated and has three doorways. The east and north gates are recommended, as both are old gates and retain their barbican walls. The east gate also features a stone tablet that reads " Feishui Ancient Battlefield . "
