right on TOPS!

Literally 😜 We visited Cebu on a spare of the moment decision and was not able to plan our itinerary.

But how did we find this place? Well, thanks to our new found friend driver who showed us around.

TOPS is a 1.5hr drive from the airport. I fell asleep on the ride so I can’t really say anything about the scenic views on the way but if I tell you the view from TOPS is indescribable, I meant, it’s one of the best views I had since I came back home to the Philippines.
