'Tops,' located at the summit of Cebu Island, has soft-opened in February 2024. The area has expanded, and more dining options have been added, making it a more comfortable tourist spot.

The charm of Tops lies in its breathtaking views of Cebu City. Especially in the evening, you can witness a beautiful sunset that paints the sky orange, and at night, enjoy the sparkling cityscape. Now open 24 hours, it's also recommended to visit late at night to gaze at the quiet starry sky.

After the renovation, the place is filled with restaurants and cafes offering a variety of gourmet options, including steaks, pancakes, and authentic Filipino cuisine. Additionally, a shuttle bus now runs from IT Park, making access more convenient than before. The entrance fee is 100 pesos, and if you use the shuttle bus, it's 200 pesos for a round trip.
