[Fish, Shrimp and Crab] Located in Central, the irregular streets of the middle of the hill colonial colors, the restaurant is like a hidden shop, the staff warmly entertained, very family-style warm feeling.
We ordered the set for two, which included a snack, main course, pot, main course and dessert.
Snack [Crispy Japanese Dumplings with Seasonal Salad]
The dumplings are fried crispy and crispy. They are small and easy to eat. You won't be too full after eating them.
[Sour and Sweet Appetizer Plum Cherry Tomatoes] The sweet and sour combination of plum and cherry tomatoes is perfectly combined, which is appetizing and refreshing.
Main Course [Salt Baked Horsehead Fish]
Salt baking allows the fish oil to remain in the fish body after cooking, making the fish extremely smooth. It has a special flavour when dipped in Thai sauce.
[Fresh Shrimp Soup Pot]
The rich shrimp soup is my favorite. The ingredients include prawns, fish fillets, squid cakes, pork neck, fat beef, mushrooms, mixed vegetables, and boiled eggs. It is very rich.
The meal for two also comes with two [garlic vermicelli steamed shrimp], the vermicelli absorbed the freshness of the shrimp is particularly sweet, the prawns are indeed big and fresh and refreshing.
For rice and noodles, we ordered two stir-fried noodles, [shrimp seed shrimp oil stir-fried noodles] is more special, less chance to eat outside; the other [chives and garlic oil stir-fried noodles] is very fragrant and quite good. The noodles are smooth and tough, and I feel quite satisfied.
A small shop worth recommending.
