If you come to Changsha and don't try the traditional Changsha-style shrimp, it's like you've been there for nothing! 😌
We went to "Liu Ji Bayi Bridge Food Stall," right next to the Bayi Bridge Overpass. The instant we entered, we were captivated by the alluring aroma, making our mouths water. 🤤
🔥The traditional Changsha-style shrimp
The shrimp was firm and chewy, and the broth was rich and spicy. The spiciness was satisfying, yet you couldn't stop eating. The vermicelli noodles soaked in the broth beneath the shrimp were incredibly smooth and flavorful, making every bite a true delight for the palate. 🥹
In addition to the traditional Changsha-style shrimp, their "Grilled Palm Treasures 🐔," "Cold Stir-fried Fish Skin 🐠," and "Steamed Oysters 🦪" are also excellent. Excellent 👍🏻
The palm-shaped shrimp was grilled to a crispy and fragrant aroma. This was my first time eating it, and it was absolutely delicious.
The stir-fried fish skin was crispy and spicy, making it a top-notch side dish.
The oysters 🦪 were large and very fresh and flavorful.
The service was attentive, and the dishes were served quickly.
The restaurant was also clean and tidy, making it a safe and enjoyable place.
Overall, the "🦐Old Changsha Flavor Shrimp" here is a must-try.
The atmosphere of the restaurant has a food stall vibe.
If you're visiting Changsha for business or pleasure, don't miss this place. 😏
