🏘️Room Type/Layout

The JW Executive Suite is absolutely amazing! At 100 square meters, the space is incredibly spacious. The living room is equipped with a TV with supplementary subwoofer, offering an excellent audiovisual experience. The bedroom location is perfect, similar to a corner room, with dual-aspect windows providing abundant natural light. Particularly love the bathtub placement by the floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing you to enjoy the outside view while bathing - it's incredibly relaxing. The griffin plush toy provided during turndown service adds a delightful surprise to the stay.

🛌Amenities/Facilities

The hotel is new with brand new and complete facilities. The fitness center is on the 33rd floor, and while it's slightly inconvenient that you can't access it directly from guest room floors, the pool atmosphere is excellent and very beautiful. The restaurant is on the 3rd floor, creating an interesting contrast when dining from the guest rooms above the 40th floor. However, these minor drawbacks are insignificant compared to the overall quality of facilities.

🧹Soundproofing/Cleanliness

The soundproofing is excellent - you can barely hear any outside noise in the room. Cleanliness is also outstanding, with spotless rooms and consistently well-maintained public areas.

- Public Areas: The lobby on the 35th floor features high ceilings and spacious design, creating a refreshing atmosphere. The hotel's arrangement of switching elevators at the 35th floor for guest rooms greatly ensures privacy. The overall decoration style is elegant and sophisticated, meeting the aesthetic preferences of quality-seeking guests.
- Club Lounge Experience: The lounge's desserts are absolutely a highlight, scoring high on layering, taste, and presentation. Besides desserts, the happy hour food selection is decent, offering hot soups with noodles and rice noodles. Hot dishes are served in small portions, and while not large, they taste good. Between us, I privately asked the chef for a special order and tried some delicious sole fish. Also, don't miss the Baileys cocktail mixed by Zia at the lounge - it's smooth and absolutely delicious.
- Service Experience: The service at this JW is exceptional! From the concierge, front desk, and room service to the restaurant, even phone service - every staff member is warm, attentive, and accommodating, making you feel truly at home. Special thanks to Zia, Dora, and Yana at the lounge for their warm hospitality.
- Location and Transportation: While Changsha's attractions are somewhat scattered and require some time to reach from the hotel, it's quite convenient to the airport, taking about 35 minutes by taxi.
