The 24-hour butler service is always on call, whether for delivering drinks, takeout, or setting up a bubble bath—patient and meticulous every time. During check-in, staff proactively remind guests about available services, a detail more considerate than at The St. Regis Chengdu. Other staff members are also warm and welcoming, creating a very comfortable atmosphere.

While the breakfast selection isn’t extensive, the rice noodle toppings are a highlight, featuring spicy beef with a kick. The beef slices aren’t overly lean, offering a tender yet chewy texture.
