Weekend Changsha Special Forces Trip is here🚩, 48 hours walking 50,000 steps, drink all you can at Chayanyuese, eat stinky tofu until full, this guide is for sisters who want a short trip to Changsha~
Day 1: Classic Attractions Check-in Route
📍Orange Isle (Free|8:00-22:00)
Direct access via Metro Line 2, recommend taking the small train (40 RMB/person) to check in at the Youth Mao Zedong Statue, very comfortable to stroll by the river
📍Yuelu Mountain (Free|6:00-23:00)
Enter from the East Gate and take the cable car up the mountain (30 RMB/person), Aiwan Pavilion is a must-visit, you can walk down to the South Gate
📍Taiping Street (Open all day)
Changsha snack street, the classic black stinky tofu (No. 87 Taiping Street) and Chayanyuese (No. 106 Taiping Street) must be on the list
Day 2: Popular Foodie Route
📍IFS International Finance Square (10:00-22:00)
Check in at the 7th floor KAWS sculpture, recommend going at 10 AM when it’s less crowded
📍Huangxing Pedestrian Street (Open all day)
Very lively at night, neon signs are perfect for photos! Remember to get a number in advance for Chuixian Stir-fried Yellow Beef (Central Plaza store on Pedestrian Street)
📍Super Wenheyou (11:00-03:00)
Hisense Plaza store, great for vintage street photos, crayfish taste is average but the atmosphere is perfect
⚠️Useful Tips:
1. For Chayanyuese, it’s recommended to order in advance via the mini program, don’t wait foolishly
2. Choose accommodation near Wuyi Square, we stayed at Home Inn Business (Huangxing Middle Road branch) 300+/night, excellent location
3. All attractions are accessible by metro, download the "Changsha Metro" app in advance
