Review of my first hiking trip in 10 years at Phu Soi Dao🌲

If you're looking for the answer to "Can I handle Phu Soi Dao?", this review will give you the honest answer.

🌿 The 6.5-kilometer trail isn't strewn with rose petals.
• Starting point → Sending relatives' slope
Stairs and steepness greet you from the start. Your body can handle it, because your spirit is still strong. "Tired, but keep going."
• Sending relatives' slope → Master's slope
The term "master's slope" isn't a joke. My body is starting to feel weak and I can't eat. But what helped was pain relief spray and electrolyte solution, which helped prevent cramps.
• Master's slope → Pa Ko hill
A big rest stop for lunch and recharge. Everything I'd carried became my best friend, giving me a little more energy.
• Pa Ko hill → Suea Krong hill
The afternoon was a test of my mental state. I was breathing heavily, my heart was beating fast, and I had to stop every 10-20 steps. My body was starting to lose its commands. But my heart kept telling me, "Keep going."
• Tiger Hill → Death Hill
Just looking up made me almost give up. "Wow, can you handle this high?" I lost another 20% of my energy, but my feet kept going.
• Death Hill → Mountaintop Campsite
The sun was setting. The path was steep and rough. I walked a bit, rested a bit, but every step was a countdown to victory.

⛺️ Time taken

Started walking at 9:00 AM → Reached the summit at 6:30 PM.
A full 9.5 hours of "crawling up" 😂

🏆 Conclusion

Phu Soi Dao may be tough, but it taught me that the heart's desire to reach the summit is greater than the physical exhaustion.
And finally...

"I am the conqueror of Phu Soi Dao."
