"I spent 20 minutes in Gui Xi Ecological Park, and I was amazed by the change!"

Sometimes, the pressure is so overwhelming that I can hardly breathe. But whenever I go to Gui Xi Ecological Park, everything seems to be not so bad. At first, I didn't believe it either. I thought the so-called "park effect" was just something that sounded fancy and had no practical effect. But then I really tried it a few times, and the result was completely different.
I remember one day I was so tired from work that my head felt like it was stuffed with cotton, and I was completely out of sorts. To relax, I decided to go for a walk in the park and give myself a 20-minute "park therapy." When I got there, I realized it was really different. As soon as I walked in, the fresh air hit me, and the familiar smell of grass and trees instantly lifted my spirits. Actually, I didn't do anything special. I just walked around, found a bench to sit on, quietly watched the willows by the lake, and listened to the birds chirping. I was originally in a depressed mood, but slowly, my head began to clear, and the pressure became less heavy.
I began to understand that the so-called "park effect" is actually giving yourself a short space to breathe, even if it's just 20 minutes, giving your mood and mind a chance to release. In nature, all troubles seem to be healed. Think about it, we are busy every day, and the pace of life is so fast that we don't stop to really feel the environment around us. And the green trees, lawns, lakes, and even the birds flying around in the park are silently reminding us to slow down and relax.
Moreover, walking can really relax your mood. Compared to working hard in an air-conditioned room, the continuous pressure is really harmful to your body and mind. A 20-minute walk in the park is not just a physical relaxation, but more of a spiritual healing. I think this is a very simple and direct way to relieve stress. You see, many people think they are very busy and have no time to rest, but actually, a simple walk or a few minutes of sitting quietly can restore energy and face the challenges ahead.
Sometimes, I also think that this may be the simplest way to heal in life. Go out and feel everything in nature. You don't need a fancy place or expensive things. The simpler, the better the mood. For me, Gui Xi Ecological Park is a place where I can find myself again.
