This time in Chengdu, I immersed myself in The Ritz-Carlton, Chengdu, treating myself to a well-deserved indulgence.

Stepping into the hotel, the welcoming staff on the first floor warmly guided me and pressed the elevator button, instantly winning me over. The lobby on the 25th floor features a soaring ceiling design with warm yellow lighting, exuding elegance. During check-in, the front desk staff were meticulous and thoughtful, swiftly completing the process while introducing the hotel's signature services—efficient yet heartwarming.

I stayed in a city-view room on the 36th floor. Upon opening the door, the spacious and bright room was a sight to behold. The generous room size and well-thought-out layout clearly divided the sofa, desk, and bed areas. The window offered stunning views of Chengdu's cityscape—bustling by day and dazzling with lights at night, perfect for capturing Instagram-worthy shots. The room amenities reflected top-tier quality, from the Nespresso coffee machine and well-stocked minibar to the plush robes and premium toiletries, with every detail exuding luxury.

The dining experience was equally impressive. The all-day dining restaurant, The Market, offered a lavish breakfast spread, featuring Chinese favorites like fried dough sticks and soy milk, Western staples like bread and ham, and a variety of local delicacies, even rare fruit varieties. Li Xuan, the Chinese restaurant, served exceptional Cantonese and Sichuan cuisine—the pan-seared steak was crispy outside and tender inside, while the black truffle-baked lobster was so divine it felt like a flavor explosion with every bite.

The hotel's leisure facilities were top-notch. The indoor heated pool, with its crystal-clear water, was perfect for a refreshing swim to wash away fatigue. The gym boasted state-of-the-art equipment and professional trainers. For ultimate relaxation, a massage at the spa was pure bliss.

The Ritz-Carlton, Chengdu, left no room for criticism—whether in service, amenities, or dining. Next time I'm in Chengdu, this will undoubtedly be my choice again!
