The only hotel in Chengdu I've stayed at three times for business trips!

The Ritz-Carlton, Chengdu offers an excellent experience.

🧹Soundproofing/Cleanliness:
Though the hotel has some years under its belt, it's well-maintained with high overall cleanliness, providing a comfortable stay.

🏘️Room Type/Layout:
Stayed in the Executive Deluxe Suite this time - the space is thoughtfully arranged, meeting both business and leisure travel needs.

🛌Amenities/Facilities:
Comprehensive wellness facilities including lounge, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room for guest relaxation.

💗Additional tips:

- Efficient check-in process available directly at the 38th floor Executive Lounge (requires elevator transfer via 25th floor lobby). Staff are warm and professional, with the lounge manager being a foreign national.
- The Club Lounge offers five daily dining services: Afternoon tea is served as a complete set with photogenic presentation; Happy Hour (HH) features dishes like Italian osso buco and Mexican chicken wraps with roasted pepper salsa; à la carte menu available; Breakfast can be enjoyed at the 25th floor restaurant featuring three types of fresh juices and Sichuan-style tofu pudding (the lounge also offers three juice options but with fewer food choices); Lunch includes diverse options like pan-seared sea bass, pumpkin risotto, smoked salmon balls, black pepper beef, Milano salami, and Lyon sausage.
- Flair bar on the 27th floor makes a great leisure spot.
- While the lounge offerings may not match Nanjing Ritz-Carlton's standard, I found their Happy Hour and lunch quality surpasses Tianjin Ritz-Carlton's lounge, with more spacious food display areas.

Conclusion: As a Forbes Five-Star hotel, The Ritz-Carlton Chengdu exceeds expectations with attentive service and great value - definitely worth experiencing firsthand.
