Having just returned from my trip, I genuinely want to tell everyone that this place is truly magnificent and vast. If I were to rate it, I'd give it a perfect score.
📍Address: Yangtian Lake Grassland is located in the southwest of Beihu District, Chenzhou City, Hunan Province. With an average altitude of about 1,300 meters, it is the southernmost alpine grassland in China and is known as the "Hulunbuir of the South."
🚗Transportation: Self-driving: It takes about 4.5 hrs to reach Yangtian Lake. Public transportation doesn't go directly to the scenic area entrance. The attractions are scattered, so you'll need to take a taxi. You can also book a car with us.
👍️Must-see attractions: 1. Hobbit House: It's like stepping into an anime world, perfect for photos.
2. Windmill Grassland: Ideal for Japanese-style photoshoots, and you can also play with rolling grass.
3. Animal Kingdom: The scenic area has many alpacas, black swans, horses, sika deer, and Dupor sheep.
🎟️Tickets: Tickets: 120 yuan (half price with student ID). Opening hours: 09:00–17:00.
Accommodation: You can choose to stay near Dongjiang Lake, which is convenient for watching the misty Xiaodongjiang River the next morning.
